Build a rock & roll bed set to your van
Enter your bed's flat size and the seat and backrest depths. We work out the rear infill, show how the pieces sit as a seat and lie as a bed, and price the whole 3 or 4-part set in one go.
Measure the bed laid flat: width across the van, and length from the front edge of the seat to the back of the platform.
All pieces are cut to the same thickness so the bed lies level. The headrest is only used in a 4-part set.

Getting the measurements right
Where do I measure from?
Put the bed down flat and measure the platform itself, not old cushions, which squash and shrink over time. Width is across the van; length runs from the front edge of the seat to the back of the platform.
What if my backrest isn't the same width as the seat?
Add the set as normal, then use the spec builder for the odd piece, or mention it when you email your list and we'll adjust before cutting.
Can you add wheel-arch cut-outs?
Yes. Build the set here, then add the piece that needs the cut-out using the wheel-arch shape in the spec builder, and remove the plain one from your list.
